Jamaica may be known as a tourist destination, but it is also the second poorest country in the Caribbean. Our desire is to support local pastors and other non-profits who are serving the communities overlooked by tourists. We serve alongside the community by doing community development, partnership with a boy's and girl's club and after school programs with the kids. We look to be the hands and feet of Jesus as we provide extra support to overworked staff, fun programs for kids and friendly faces offering HOPE.

Service Opportunities:

  • * Teams are responsible for bringing necessary craft supplies and should budget appropriately.

• After-school programs

• School assemblies

• Sports ministry

• Mentorship & discipleship

• Church programs

• Special needs ministry

• Visits with the elderly

• Construction

Sample Schedule:

• Day 1 – Fly into Montego Bay, travel to ministry location, meet our partners, learn about Jamaica
• Day 2-5 – Local community projects, visit/encourage special needs children, local evangelism, attend house churches, door-to-door outreach, orphanage visits, sports outreach, school visits, etc
• Day 6 – (Insert fun day); learn about and enjoy the culture
• Day 7 – Say goodbyes, and fly home
