What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
In 2024, His Healing Hands will once again partner with Pastor David Farge. He is the lead pastor of Iglesia Christiana Esmirna in Moyobamba, Peru. This follows our inaugural ministry time with the Moyobamba church in 2023 when the medical campaign was split between Tarapoto and Moyobamba.
Moyobamba is the capital city of the San Martin province of Peru and is located about 415 miles North of Lima. The city is on the eastern side of the Andes Mountains at an elevation of about 2,800 feet and is on a high jungle plateau. Moyobamba sits on a bluff overlooking the Mayo River. Known as the City of Orchids, the Moyobamba area is home to 3,500 species of orchids.
Pastor David has invited HHH to partner with him to help grow his church, which is located a few blocks from the main plaza.
We will provide 5 days of Out-Patient medical clinics as a means of drawing people in so they can receive free medical care and have an opportunity to hear about Christ.

Team members are responsible for getting themselves to the departure airport.
Youth under the age of 18 may sign up for this trip; however, they must be accompanied by a family member who is over the age of 18.
Mission Trip Offered By His Healing Hands
WHO WE ARE:
We are Christian volunteers from all walks of life. Our purpose is to provide free medical care to ailing people all over the world who cannot afford, or who do not have acccess to local medical care. We work alongside local evangelical Christian organizations that sustain our work after we leave and to share the gospel of Christ!
WHAT WE DO:
Through the use of pop-up medical clinics we are able to bring medical aid to the far reaches of a nation’s population. Each clinic is staffed by at least one doctor, one nurse, and a trained pharmacy technician. Through the use of medicines we administer to people’s physical needs so we can then treat them spiritually.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED:
Anyone with a heart to serve others can volunteer: students and retirees, medically trained professionals and those still in school, we use all willing Christian volunteers. Join an HHH mission team to experience an amazing opportunity to make a positive change in lives around the world.
