What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
Ministry
- Children’s Ministry: Your team will be able to facilitate VBS for a local school. Many children come to know Jesus through camps like this where there are snacks, games, testimonies, and Bible stories!
- Adopt-A-Family: Your team may be able to partner alongside local churches who know the needs of the community, and you could provide food for those in need. You can invite them to hear testimonies from your team, and then send them off with a bag of groceries and some prayer.
- Sports Ministry: Your team may have the opportunity to facilitate a sports camp either for kids or older youth. Basketball and Soccer are very popular in the country, but other sports can also be arranged. Your team could also spend some time playing competitively in a game or tournament!
Lodging
Lodging will be in a local hotel where beds and bedding will be provided. Showers and restrooms will be onsite.
Travel
Depending on the location of your team, you will fly into either Santiago or Santo Domingo. Our team will help coordinate travel plans such as when to arrive and depart and which airport to use. Transportation in the country during the week will likely be by private bus or vans.

It is our privilege to join the local churches who practice community evangelism and the establishment of new churches by loving and helping neighbors, and sharing the Gospel of hope, purpose, and truth with them. We learn so much from them, and share great joy in the experience!

The cost does not include airfare. For domestic trips, the cost does not include ground transportation.
Mission Trip Offered By Adventures in Missions
You want to follow Jesus’s example in the way He cared for the lost and the hurting. You want to take up Jesus’s commission to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28) and be His witness to the ends of the earth (Acts 1).
