What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
Are you looking for a life changing missions trip? If so, join us in Costa Rica, May 13-19, 2023.
Costa Rica is a country of extremes. Extreme beauty and rich culture, but extreme poverty and desperate circumstances. If you're looking for a trip that combines meeting someone's greatest physical need and their greatest spiritual need, a Filter of Hope trip is for you. We work with local church partners to distribute our state of the art water filters to families who are in desperate need, all while sharing the gospel using the filter. This is a unique and powerful experience both for the family and for our team members. You'll enjoy the rich culture and food of Costa Rica, while having the opportunity to lead people to Christ and connect them with a local church. Our teams stay in safe, comfortable lodging and the food is amazing. You'll also have some fun built in.

Relation of Opportunity to National Church and/or Long-term Goals
Filter of Hope partners with local churches in Costa Rica, and together, we’ll go door to door in the communities they are trying to reach to distribute our life saving water filters and share the gospel. Church members have the opportunity to build relationships with these families and invite them to church. Pastors tell us that when our teams come with the gift of the filters, families open their homes and hearts in ways the church has never seen.

At Filter of Hope, we believe:
No one should have to live without clean water, and everyone deserves to the right to know Christ personally.
Motivated by the compassion of Christ, Filter of Hope brings clean water to people who are thirsty.
By manufacturing and distributing simple, life-saving water filters, we provide families living in poverty easy access to clean, safe drinking water.
Each filter produces up to 250 gallons a day for 10 years.
Filter of Hope leads customized missions trips to Latin America as well as partners with mission organizations across the world.
