What the Mission Trip Will Be Like

Ensure that TWR-owned buildings and houses are well maintained and oversee all building upgrades, renovations and construction.

Core Competencies: Commitment to Jesus Christ evidenced by a personal relationship. Excitement about being involved in full-time missions and willingness to develop a team of prayer and financial partners. Cultural sensitivity within international teams and a team spirit. Ability to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail. Ability to delegate tasks. Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make repairs.

Responsibilities: Participate in all aspects of physical plant maintenance including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical, basic grounds maintenance. Regular maintenance of air conditioning units and standby engine. Draw up annual building maintenance budget. Assist the Regional Engineer in ensuring that annual technical goals within the five-year plan are revised, monitored and achieved.

Desirable Qualifications: Ten years’ experience in the construction industry. Construction project management experience. Knowledge of recording studio construction and air conditioning. Experience in tower and antenna erection and maintenance. Fluent in spoken and written English.
