The TWR MOTION Illustrator assists the team in completing projects more quickly as well as creating more content for our church planting partners. Our heart is to provide church planters with quality, custom, gospel-centered videos so they can be more effective in disciple-making.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with the MOTION team, creating visual ideas and concepts. Work with a project manager to determine budget and time limitations. Collaborate with the client and production team members to understand needs, review scripts, and produce products on time and within budget. Design illustrations sensitive to the needs of the culture/audience and aligned with the expectations of the client. Create complete illustrations using traditional and/or digital techniques. Research industry trends and developments and learn new applications.

Desirable Qualifications: Strong conceptual and artistic skills. Bachelor’s degree or certificate in fine arts, computer animation, graphic design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Updated portfolio. Understanding of digital illustration, animation, storytelling, and character development techniques. Strong knowledge of image editing, design and animation software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
