Participate in operations and projects at the on-premises data center, in the wide area network, cloud tools, and virtualized server platforms so that TWR’s IT infrastructure is optimized, stable, patched and running on current technologies. In addition, be available to support staff in their use of computers and approved software.

Responsibilities: Support TWR global IT operations by participating with TWR’s Global IT team in cloud-based services, end user support, Windows or Linux servers, PC and Mac support, and networking (WAN, switches, wireless, ISP, etc.) Oversee on-premises server room, power, rack, cabling setup. Manage the phone system, information security and software & licensing. Support TWR staff in use of their computers and software during assigned IT helpdesk shifts.

Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Microsoft MCSE certification or equivalent experience. Experience in troubleshooting end user computer issues. Ability and willingness to travel occasionally. Speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently.
