What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
Join an extreme international mission trip to Ecuador and come alongside a network of Spanish and local dialect speaking churches who are actively bringing the gospel to their communities. Extreme mission trips give your team the opportunity to interact with indigenous people groups and cultures.
Your group will arrive in Quito, Ecuador and travel to Rio Coca and then travel by boat to work with local pastors and churches on the Amazon jungle side of Ecuador, doing gospel-centered and Great Commission-driven ministry. We will be working with local Christians in a variety of settings such as Vacation Bible School/kids camps, and sports camps. We will also have opportunities for service/labor projects, food distribution, and a variety of ministry projects.
As you prepare to enter the mission field in the Amazon jungle of Ecuador, please pray for the people of Ecuador and the missionaries who serve there.
We need at least 10 people to make a trip.

Relation of Opportunity to National Church and/or Long-term Goals
The main plan is to serve the people in the community, build relationships, and make disciples by sharing the gospel. We seek to build a long-term relationship, creating an interdependent partnership with local pastors and churches. We work with local pastors and churches in the community and for the common good of the community. These local brothers and sisters will continue to work with the people for ongoing discipleship and leadership development.
Glocal Mission empowers local churches and leaders so that they can be everyday evangelists and disciple making missionaries to their own community. We try to build teamwork between the mission team and local leaders to match their gifts, interests, talents in order to create a better outcome and synergy between those who are serving.

Transportation while in country, translators, and meals are included.
The cost of the trip depends on lodging. Lodging choices are a hotel (when available) and/or staying at host churches/organizations on cots or the floor.
