What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
Stay in the home of a local pastor and work directly with pastors from several countries.
The Ezra School of Theology is an interdenominational school that is providing training for pastors from Congo, Burundi, Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
We will provide you with the course material to be presented.
A Bible degree is preferred, but those with experience in teaching Christian theology and other studies are also needed. Experience as a pastor is recommended.
Subjects include: Intro to the Bible, Bible Study Methods, Relationships and Ethics, Sermon Preparation, Hermeneutics, Spiritual Formation, Budgets and Financial Accountability, Time Management and Group Dynamics, Apologetics, Gifts and Callings, Children's Ministry, Discipleship, and etc.

Relation of Opportunity to National Church and/or Long-term Goals
This trip helps to train pastors in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Congo and Burundi. Long-term goals are to open additional Bible Schools to meet the growing need for pastoral and leadership training.
