TIME Missions originated in 1968 when a group of young people from the US spent a week during their Christmas vacation in the village of Pueblo Nuevo, just outside of Monterrey in Mexico. At that point, the ministry was called Teenage Institute of Missionary Evangelism. However, because so many of the participants in subsequent years were adults the name was changed to The Institute of Missionary Evangelism and is now known simply as TIME Missions. After much growth, the base was moved into the urban environment of the intercity of Monterrey during the 80s. In 1991, a site was opened in Santo Domingo, the Dominican Republic.
Since 1968, the passion of TIME Missions is to Know God and Advance Missions. We connect your short-term mission team with local churches in the Dominican Republic, Mexico, & Haiti. We will help your team GO, to see Gods hand at work, and deepen your VISION FOR MISSIONS, while helping the local church fulfill their vision through evangelism, construction, and discipleship.

On the field TIME values gospel centered churches on the move, where God is already at work. Jesus needs willing people who are available to build, evangelize, teach and preach His good news through acts of worship on the ground. We need help that’s where you come in.
TIME Missions is focused on building and growing lifelong relationships between people of all ages across Haiti, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Mexico and America. Our lives have been forever changed as we have come to know and love our global neighbors and we desire others to experience these life changing experiences. Our goal is to connect American churches with local churches in different countries through short term mission trips. We offer an all-inclusive services so teams, families, and small groups can focus on being present by building relationships with the communities they are in.
TIME believes in equipping and empowering individuals to live life on mission for Christ. Our leadership training program takes individuals from intern to lead missionary and prepares them with skills and knowledge to advance the kingdom of God through missions.
Doctrinal Statement
We believe the Bible to be the verbally inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God, inerrant in its original writings.
We believe that there is only one God. Creator of heaven and earth, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the absolute deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through the shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the Father, and in His personal and imminent return in power and glory.
We believe that man, created by a direct act of God and in His image, feel into a sinful state. All men thus have a sinful nature and absolutely need regeneration by the Holy Spirit for salvation from a lost state to eternal life with God. This salvation is wholly of grace, solely through personal faith in the work of Christ on the cross, faith in Him alone.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of everlasting punishment.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ as they are in His Church.
