Rahab's Rope exists to spread awareness and help eradicate sex trafficking. We give hope and opportunity to those who are at-risk or have been forced into the sex trade. We work in prevention, aftercare and direct intervention.
Rahab's Rope gives hope and opportunity to women and girls that are at risk or have been forced into the commercial sex trade of India. We provide a safe and loving environment that will enable them to grow and develop both physically and spiritually.
If you are curious as to why we do what we do, the answer is simple: Jesus. In 2004, God began to weave Rahab's Rope together, and it is our fervent desire and prayer that every step of the process, every success, every life impacted reflects back to Him.
We also believe that God loves you and wants you to personally know Him. If you are interested in knowing the eternal love of Christ - the following scripture passages outline the way:
"God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16)
We believe that all scripture is “God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16)
We believe that Jesus Christ is “the way, the truth and the life.” (John 14:6)
We believe that “salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to man by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12 )
We believe “if we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.” (1 John 1:8)
We believe “if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)
We believe “that if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and it is with your mouth you confess and are saved.” for “Everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Romans 10:9-10 & 13)
