Full Description:
We have a need for qualified, mature men and/or women who love the Lord, who love people from other cultures, and who have proven skills in working with others to serve as a team leader. If you already have some short-term mission experience your desire may now be to volunteer your time to lead teams.
As team leader this may require you assisting in the training and all the planning of the team logistics, providing guidance, instruction and leadership to the team members. You will be responsible for team building and ensuring team work.
On the field, you will work with our missionaries and leadership to coordinate and ready your team for its daily schedule. You will be responsible for listening to the needs of the mission, the team members and the local leadership you are ministering with.

Some training may be required prior to taking on responsibility of team leading. Orientation to the culture, team training and debriefing will be done in country with the local missionaries and leadership. You will also be required to report and work alongside the mission office at all times.

Looking for people who are flexible, adaptable and teachable. You will be able to live the Christian life as an example and train with practical lifestyle lessons.
Dependant on country you are travelling to some inoculations may be required. An up-to-date tetanus and Hep A & B is necessary.
