Full Description:
The purpose of this mission is to conduct medical and dental clinics, as well as evangelistic outreach, in farming villages north of the city of Arad in Western Romania along the Hungarian border. The team will work in support of evangelical churches in the villages. The goal is to strengthen the presence of the churches in the villages by providing free medical and dental care as a gift to the village from the church. Evangelistic teams will visit in village homes during the day and hold services in the churches at night.
Team members will fly together from a major hub in the USA to Budapest, Hungary, then by train to Arad, Romania. Team headquarters will be a hotel in Arad. Breakfast and dinner will be served in the hotel. Lunch will be on the mission field. Open to healthcare professionals, healthcare students, pastors, lay people, families and youth groups. A tour of Romanian cultural sites will be available on the last day in-country.

Pre-field training consists of a detailed mission manual, pre-trip devotional guide, and frequent communication with Team Leader. There will be an on-field orientation meeting on the first day in-country. Post-field debriefing consists of a 14 day post-trip devotional guide and written team member feedback.
