Full Description:
Individual placements are open for those who want to see the work going on in Japan. For those staying less than 6 months, the options are to visit the missionaries and see what they are doing in the area of church planting. Teaching English is a possibly activity. Depending on the time of year, helping at the summer camps is also possible. Those staying 6 months to a year have the possibility of being responsible for an outreach ministry. The field is happy to work with those who need school internships to provide the requirements needed.
Participants are also welcome to visit the missionaries on the field and help them in their various church planting ministries.

Pre-Field Training through activities and reading guided by a pre-field manual followed by a 1 week orientation training at the WEC HQ near Philadelphia, PA. Debriefing for 3 days immediately on return of the trip at the WEC HQ.
