Join Genesis Diez, A.C. (Genesis) as we invite the children: in orphanages, from families of the indigenous farm working poor and disabled from the community.
Medical, physical therapy, dental teams welcome from 1 day to 6 nights / 7 day.
Please join us in being the "Arms of Love for Christ" to these children in need!

We offer Pre-field training by offering initiatives for the group leader to facilitate. These initiatives are designed to build community, sharpen perception of noticing peoples needs, raise awareness of the situations of the orphans and indigenous, stress giving and selflessness, and better understand non-verbal language skills.
We send a 17 page trip manual that contains: Rancho Genesis - Site Information, Group Conduct, Question and Answers, Financial Information, Sample daily itinerary, Documents for entry into Mexico, Leaders Check off list, Participant Packing List, Travel in Baja, and Required Forms.
When we meet you in San Diego we have a Pre-trip Briefing along with questions & answers prior to departing to Rancho Genesis.
Upon arrival we have an orientation and you will receive some English / Spanish phrases to help with the language barrier :-)

Expertise in your medical field required. Basic & Specialized medical equipment & supplies need to be furnished by your team. Come with a heart to serve and to touch lives.

Basic Spanish is a plus, but by no means required. Children speak a universal language :-)

On June 1, 2009 all U.S. and Canadian citizens who are 16 and older traveling between the U.S. and Mexico by land will be required to present a valid passport or other alternative documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security. U.S. and Canadian citizens who are 15 years old or younger will still be allowed to travel with just a copy of their birth certificate, as will teens between the ages of 16-18 if they are part of an adult supervised school, religious, cultural or athletic group.
