EL SALVADOR
Work in CFCI-El Salvador's clinic in San Salvador or host medical clinics in marginalized areas of the city. The clinic is staffed by a Salvadoran doctor, dentist and nurse. The dream of the Director is to open 14 more low cost, Christian, medical clinics to serve the impoverished. Consider joining us here and not only providing much needed medical care, but also the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every patient.
COSTA RICA
For over 10 years, the CFCI- La Carpio Medical Clinic has been faithfully serving this impoverished slum community. On a regular basis the two doctors see 100 or more patients per week. Your team can provide extended clinic hours and a larger staff to offer clinics in this community.
NICARAGUA
The heart of our ministry base in Nicaragua is to see medical teams reaching out to the small impoverished villages of the country. Led by two Nicaraguan doctors, your team can provide medical care to communities that have little or no access to medical care.

We are with you every step of the way. We help you select the country, ministry project and dates when your team will serve. We then introduce you to the person who will be receiving your team in-country. Team leaders are provided with guidance and a resource manual several weeks or months prior to departure. While on the field, the missionary staff provides a ministry and cultural orientation, and the last day of the trip is spent in debrief at a special location.

Our missionaries are long-term workers in El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. On all of our bases, the local ministries are run by long-term missionaries who are native to the country and know the specific needs of the communities they serve. They intentionally and consistently follow-up with the people groups your team ministers to.

Teams are responsible for their own airfare, travel documents and airport fees. All lodging, meals, in-country transportation, international travel and medical insurance, translators, ministry projects, local ministry support, debrief and sight-seeing excursion are included in the trip cost.

We welcome nursing and medical students, CNAs, Nurses, PTs, PAs, Doctors, Dentists and those available to help with the pharmacy.

In some countries, medical teams are required to bring their own medications with them. In others it is preferred that funds be sent to the base and medications be purchased in-country. CFCI will help to facilitate the process either way.
