:: Christ For the City International
Full Description:
Just across the San Diego border, Tijuana is in desperate need of the HOPE of Jesus Christ. It is in need of those who would be like Joshua and follow God wherever He calls. Bring your team and bring HOPE.
Emmanuel Orphanage
Bring HOPE to abused and abandoned kids. Teach Bible lessons, play games, make crafts and love on these amazing kids. See how you can change a life.
Equipping Churches
House churches are springing up over Tijuana’s poorest areas. Pastors are in need of training. Come and teach seminars about praise and worship, church growth, prayer, healing, marriage, family and more.
Community Development
Work side-by-side with the people of Tijuana. Hold neighborhood outreaches and festivals. Do evangelism and concerts. Repair pastors’ homes and remodel churches. Show that you care.

| Comments: |
We are with you every step of the way. We help you select the country, ministry project and dates when your team will serve. We then introduce you to the person who will be receiving your team in-country. Team leaders are provided with guidance and a resource manual several weeks or months prior to departure. While on the field, the missionary staff provides a ministry and cultural orientation, and the last day of the trip is spent in debrief at a special location.
|
Relation of Opportunity to National Church and/or Long-term Goals: |
|
On all of our bases, the local ministries are run by long-term missionaries who are native to the country and know the specific needs of the communities they serve. They intentionally and consistently follow-up with the people groups your team ministers to.
