Our Values…
Personal Devotion
Our relationship with Christ is our first priority. All ministry flows out of this relationship. We are sustained through personal prayer, worship, systematic Bible study and the Spirit of God operating in our life (John 15:4 – 8; Acts 17:28; Colossians 3:3).
Taking the Church to the World
Christ has commissioned us to take the church to the world. We accomplish this through personal evangelism, world missions, local outreaches and chaplaincy ministries (Matthew 28:18 – 20; Luke 14:23; Acts 16:9).
Spirit Filled Life and Ministry
God has freely given us His Holy Spirit to guide, comfort and empower us, in order to accomplish His will on the earth. We desire the Spirit’s attributes and gifts in our life and ministry (John 14:16 – 18, 26; 1 Corinthians 12:7 – 11; Galatians 5: 22 – 25).
Discipleship & Ministry Training
Jesus said, “Go, and make disciples.” We fulfill this commandment through providing quality education, an example to follow and opportunities to experience ministry (Matthew 28:18 – 20; 2 Timothy 2:2).
Relationships
It is people Christ died for therefore, people are a priority. We build relationships in order to show the love of God, experience fellowship, develop ministry partners and to enjoy long lasting friendships (John 3:16; Romans 1:7; 1 Peter 1:2).
Excellence in Ministry
God gave his best in that he gave his only son. We will give our best in all that we do, fully realizing it is the Lord we are serving (1 King 10:4 – 5; Colossians 3:23 – 24).
Financial Integrity
We will properly manage and wisely invest all resources the Lord entrusts to our care (Matthew 25:1 – 29; Luke 6:38).
Strong Servant Leadership
Jesus communicated that his very purpose in coming to earth was to serve and not be served. He did this with great authority. We will follow the example left by our Lord and serve as strong leaders (Mark 10:44 – 45; Romans 1:1; Mark 16:17 – 18; Luke 9:1).
Rich Heritage and Fresh Vision
With high esteem we reflect upon and celebrate what God has done in the past however our dreams are bigger than our memories (Joshua 4:6 – 7; Proverbs 29:18).
Authentic People & Individual Giftedness
God has uniquely designed each of us for his Glory. We believe each person posses certain gifts and abilities that are useful in the kingdom of God (Psalms 139:14; Romans 12:6 – 10; Ephesians 2:10).
