Full Description:
Cultural Learner / Friendship Evangelism – For 2-3 months develop friendships with nationals, learn about their culture and beliefs and respectfully share your culture and beliefs as well. For more information about this opportunity, see www.stpaulcc-turkey.com.
This trip is for those individuals who are looking for an opportunity to serve and use their gifts and skills to make a lasting contribution to God’s Kingdom around the world. You will be primarily serving alongside career TEAM missionaries and assisting in their ministry.

Orientation lasts one week and covers topics such as cross-cultural adjustment and sensitivity, evangelism, servanthood, maintaining spiritual health overseas, travel safety, team building dealing with expectations, TEAM's history, finances, interpersonal relationships, donor relations, ministry specific training, culture shock, etc.
Debriefing covers topics such as dealing with met and unmet expectations, conflict resolution, closure, next steps, etc.

This trip will give you an opportunity to serve the missionaries on the field and use your skills at the same time. This trip will help you get a vision for establishing reproducing churches among the least reached.
