Full Description:
ESL Teacher to Muslim Students – Teach English in a formal school to help maintain a Christian presence in this dark, unreached Muslim country. Must have TESOL/TEFL training and be ready for a challenge. (mid-June to mid-July or mid-July to mid-August)
This trip is for those who are looking for a window of opportunity to serve during the summer and use their gifts and skills to make a lasting contribution to the Kingdom of God around the world. You will be primarily serving alongside career TEAM missionaries and assisting in their ministry.

Orientation lasts one week and covers topics such as cross-cultural adjustment and sensitivity, evangelism, servant hood, maintaining spiritual health overseas, travel safety, team building dealing with expectations, TEAM's history, finances, interpersonal relationships, donor relations, ministry specific training, culture shock, etc.
Debriefing covers topics such as dealing with met and unmet expectations, conflict resolution, closure, next steps, etc.

This is an ideal trip to get a taste for what teaching English long term is like in the Muslim world. This trip will also help you get a vision for establishing reproducing churches among the least reached.
