Full Description:
Camp Counselor / Staff Member for Third-Culture Kid’s Camp – Serve at a camp for kids living outside their country of citizenship as a counselor or in other camp roles (mid-June to early/mid-July). Apply as an individual or a group of 8 max. (Cost estimate includes biblical sites tour at the end of camp.)
This trip will give you an idea of what camp ministry overseas is like and how that ties into establishing reproducing churches among the least reached.

Orientation lasts one week and covers topics such as cross-cultural adjustment and sensitivity, evangelism, servant hood, maintaining spiritual health overseas, travel safety, team building dealing with expectations, TEAM's history, finances, interpersonal relationships, donor relations, ministry specific training, culture shock, etc.
Debriefing covers topics such as dealing with met and unmet expectations, conflict resolution, closure, next steps, etc.
