Cross the border from Costa Rica into Nicaragua and you can sense the despair, but hope is rising up. Form a mission team and see how you can share the HOPE of Jesus Christ.
Church Leadership Training
Lack of training and resources for pastors and church leadership is a major problem. Most pastors have no formal or theological training. Bring your team of pastors, Sunday school teachers or youth pastors and train up these leaders.
Local Church
Our missionaries desire to have strong, lasting relationships with the local church in Nicaragua. Help CFCI build and grow these relationships by bringing a children’s team. Focus on VBS, day camps, Sunday School, games or crafts.
Youth Outreach
Connect with the youth of Nicaragua. Partner with a local church and model youth ministry for the leaders. Host day camps, do dramas, evangelism, games and other activities.
Medical Outreach
Bring a team of medical professionals and serve the city of Managua and the surrounding communities. Host medical clinics and provide care to the impoverished.

We are with you every step of the way. We help you select the country, ministry project and dates when your team will serve. We then introduce you to the person who will be receiving your team in-country. Team leaders are provided with guidance and a resource manual several weeks or months prior to departure. While on the field, the missionary staff provides a ministry and cultural orientation, and the last day of the trip is spent in debrief at a special location.

On all of our bases, the local ministries are run by long-term missionaries who are native to the country and know the specific needs of the communities they serve. They intentionally and consistently follow-up with the people groups your team ministers to.
