Preliminary Questionnaire
This is used to give us basic information about you and give you opportunity to indicate to us how you feel the Lord is leading you. Upon approval of the PQ, and if you request it, we send you a formal application packet.
Formal Application
You are asked to provide us with a brief life story (autobiography), photograph (for identification purposes), $25 application fee, personal background information sheet, medical history summary on each family member plus medical exam, academic transcripts, and a separate doctrinal statement from each adult.
References & Various items
Upon receipt of the application form, we contact the six references you have listed and possibly some secondary references, (as well as collect the various papers described above). This can take several weeks, depending on how quickly these papers are received.
