What the Mission Trip Will Be Like
Do you have a heart for reaching out to women? Do you enjoy building relationships over the long term through learning language, culture and giving and receiving hospitality? Come and join our team ministering hope and reconciliation. Use your God given skills like the arts or counselling, to reach out to women in a patriarchal Muslim society.
You will be a part of the WEC team life and learn how to live in another culture and build relationships in order to share the Gospel. As you become accepted into local community life, your love of Christ can shine out through your actions and words and you can take up God-ordained opportunities to share the eternal hope you have.
Qualities & Gifts Sought:
You will need a heart for promoting reconciliation and hope in a challenging environment of painful memories and distrust. You are creative, flexible, and patient, and enjoy building relationships bridges across ethnic and religious divides.
You are willing to learn a challenging Slavic language where three dialects are used by the local community. This is an ideal opportunity for a single or married female.

It is a collaborative approach, committed to working in close cooperation with the national church and with other missions. It is above all a dependent approach, committed to full dependence on God and his exclusive power to change lives and build his Church.
