Full Description:
Alaska is the greatest and most beautiful place in the world. Most mission teams come to the Anchorage area because it is cheapest and easiest to get to. However, we have more than 100 Native Bush villages with no church whatsoever, and many, many more villages with very few spiritual opportunities.
Eskimo and Native people in Alaska LOVE Gospel music. It breaks down barriers and opens doors to share Christ. Get together a small team of musician/singers and contact us. We'll work with you on dates. Cost will be $495 for ground accomodations, PLUS your flight to Anchorage, and probably a small plane flight to your ministry village. This will be a true adventure that gives back. You are going to eat moose, caribou and fish. You'll sleep on air mattresses in the school or tribal hall and you'll participate in Native life, but I promise you will never forget this week.
Projects will be about a week, including your travel time. Team size should be 6 or less.
