Mission/Vision Statement:

With you, we will strategically impact the students at the university by teaching English and building relationships. These students are the future leaders of that nation, and our hope is that we can bring external insights to the governing bodies of the country.

Our goal is to put quality people on site who are willing to learn, are excited to experience a new culture, and demonstrate a servant's heart. We believe strongly in the importance of caring for the teachers from our first contact with them.

The university is committed to a thorough application and interview process, to avoid placing people where they won’t thrive. This is also why we are so invested in the training of the teachers. We will provide American certified TESOL education, team building, culture training, and more – before our teachers even set foot in China.

While you are overseas, we are busy state-side taking care of logistics for the teachers, including bill-paying, mailing out newsletters, and updating friends and family on how things are going.

We send care packages from families and bring a speaker over every other month of the school year to encourage the team. We also make sure to be strongly aware of the climate of the university, so that we can meet any needs that arise during the year – including safety, health, and well-being. Most importantly, we are in our office most mornings at 9:00 am together as a staff, praying for the needs of our teachers.

The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest fields.
