Is there any short-term missions online training that is being used? What are some other curriculums/workbooks or training material that is out there? My organization is needing new material.

A new set of training materials just out is "Round Trip" published by Christianity Today. It uses a DVD and leader guide. Five sessions. See www.RoundTripMissions.com

"Before You Go" is available on Amazon and another tool to help, a 40 day devotional to prepare people for short term mission trips. It addresses cultural issues, team dynamics, spiritual preparation, attitudes, unity and others

Free STM Study Guides are provided by Missional Networks online through eFURTHER. http://www.eFURTHER.com/oneapp and http://www.efurther.com/imbconnect each offer similar content designed with seven team meetings in mind, with six of those before a trip and at least one after returning home.
