Family Mission Trips

We are a family of 7 looking for short term family missions opportunities. We would like to spend some or all of our winter break responding to God's call to serve others in Jesus' name and share His love and gospel. My husband is an MD and my background is education/special needs. Our children are between the ages of 3-10. We are from TX, and given the ages of our children don't know what opportunities may be out there for us, but know that He will lead us. Any advice or ideas would be appreciated!!
